    Billy has been consipcuously absent for the last several episodes. I’m guessing he’s been somewhere alone and off his meds and he’ll be making another appearance at some point. That could be amusing.

    Billy was already used for a dramatic season ender, I don’t think the writers will want to repeat themselves.

    Also, IMDB doesn’t list Jeremy Sisto as a guest star in the last three episodes. That could be meaningless, IMDB guest star listings are frequently incomplete for episodes that haven’t aired yet.
