Has anyone bothered to tell Oliver that the tagline Like “Reality-Based” Kryptonite To Stupid makes no sense at all? Just as well, it tells you everything you really need to know about the sort of reality the “reality-based community” lives in.

The reality-based sure ain’t very bright.
If you find “Like Kryptonite to Stupid” confusing, well that just about says all we need to know
Reality-based Kryptonite is confusing. Kryptonite is a fictional substance from a comic book, and is about as far from reality as you can get.
Of course, O-dub’s “reality-based” ideas are pretty far from reality, too, so I guess it all makes sense.
I don’t find “Like Kryptonite to stupid” to be confusing, just stupid. Which, ironically, suggests the phrase could use some exposure to Kryptonite.
Exposure to reality-based Kryptonite.
