Fix for Powerbook stutter

A couple of months ago I complained about my Powerbook stuttering after there was no sound for a couple of minutes. I forgot to post a link to the solution I found, a program called SoundOn!. Every twenty seconds it checks to see if there is any sound playing, and if there isn’t, it plays a second of silence to keep the speakers powered up.

Now I hear the new mail sound every time!
