Ready to interview
I’m all set for my interviews. Suit came back from the tailor today, and it looks sharp. I got an email with a schedule of five different interviewers, each going at me for thirty minutes. A chick I used to work with knows a bunch of people there, so I had her vet my interviewers. Sounds like a mix between pleasant people and scary ones. We’ll see.
So, alarms are set, coffee is ready to go, I’ve got my clothes ironed and laid out. I get up tomorrow at ten, leave at eleven fifteen, and get there about twenty minutes early. Afterwards, I drink.
Does it seem weird for a company to send you the benefits package before they hire you? It does to me, but they seem to have a pretty generous offering. I’ve never had a job before where you get paid for unused sick days at year end.
