Bad pet habits

My cat has picked up a really bad habit that I probably didn’t notice till I lost my job. Before when I was on my computer I was invariably wearing pants, but now I’m usually in my bathrobe. So she likes to quietly walk into the room, and before I notice her, rub her whiskers against one leg and the the other as she walks by. Then she does the same damn thing when she’s leaving. Damn, it tickles!
I wonder if this is her way of saying, “Get a job!” Or maybe it means, “If you aren’t going to get a job, at least get off the computer and get in bed where I can sleep on your feet!”
