Anyone know how to get around special characters fouling up your parsing of a text file? My links section is frequently empty because the script that compares the links to the recently updated ones at Weblogs.com crashes out when a URL contains a paren or something. So I update the script manually to ignore those URLs and everything is happy. If someone could come up with a way for me to automate that, I’d be super happy.
